Detailing and Design remains one of Mphathisi Engineering’s core competencies and a critical element of the turnkey process, ensuring fast and efficient construction. Mphathisi Engineering has an in house 3D AND 2D draughting facility that’s involved in different projects. This facilitates easy communication and information transfer in formats accepted internationally and this allows control over the quality, time spent as well as costing of all projects executed by the company. The design and detail ing division has an impact on the entire manufacturing process since the production system starts in the draughting office and runs through to the fabrication facilities. All the steel and metal-cutting processes are fully CNC-operated, and detailed drawings flow from the CAD system to communicate specifications directly to the CNC equipment which off cause is outsourced.
Mphathisi Engineering has the necessary logistical and infrastructural support to manage the transportation of all components to site. The company also undertakes to coordinate and oversee the range of sub-contractors. This includes ensuring that these audited and approved sub-contractors meet the project dead lines and are in compliance with the client’s site SHERQ policies.
